Someone Catches a Woman Abandoning Four Dogs

In case you haven't seen this:  A good Samaritan filmed a woman abandoning four dogs on a dead-end street in San Antonio.  The video went viral, which led to the dogs being rescued.  One was turned in by the woman who abandoned them in the first place. She may face charges for each of the dogs.
